File panes opened in the Agent Manager support commenting, allowing you to provide feedback to the agent directly on specific lines or sections of code.

How It Works

1. Open a file in a pane (via quick picker, Changes Sidebar, or clicking a file pill)
2. Select a line or section
3. Leave a comment with your feedback

The agent receives your comment as feedback and can act on it in the current conversation.

TIP

Commenting on files in the Agent Manager is the most precise way to give the agent feedback. Instead of describing a code issue in chat, comment directly on the line that needs to change.
